perfect location for first time visit

About the neighbourhood
The property is conveniently placed for family, friends and loved ones visiting students attending the St George's University, located at True Blue on the other side of our bay. Grenada, a jewel of the Caribbean, is a holiday destination for the discerning traveller. Grenada is 12 degrees north of the Equator. The climate remains a steady 75 degrees fahrenheit to 85 degrees fahrenheit (24 degrees cent. to 30 degrees cent.) all through the year, tempered only by cooling light trade winds. With its clear blue skies, golden sands and tropical climate you are guaranteed a relaxing holiday. Lance Aux Epines is a residential area, with some interesting properties, some of which are built along the traditional lines of a holiday destination.
Getting around
The property is in an exclusive residential area and therefore public transport is limited between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm which operates mainly to transport the workers in the area. There is another bus that operates for the university students that may offer you a ride - this bus would terminate at the St George's University complex at True Blue. You can catch the bus, and take it as far as the Sugar Mill where you can find many other public buses taking you to various destinations around the island. Other than that we do recommend a hired car or taxi rides when you need them. We can recommend both of these to our guests
