Welcome to East Hill Bungalow #3. This 3 room suite sits adjacent to a 1906 renovated arts and crafts home. This is a renovated space and is PET FRIENDLY. Bungalow #3 has a private entrance, a queen size bed, small table and 4 chairs, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, small closet, chests for storage, and a small patio with seating/umbrella and a gas grill/utensils. ***There is a separate living room /sitting area that has a pull-out bed for 2 *** The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven (no stove), refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a 3 ring binder in the suite with internet, things to see and do, and other info about the Pensacola area. If you need anything let us know. Beach stuff (towels, mats, cooler) are in each suite.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately when we were coming for our stay, Hurricane Sally hit. I am giving them a Five ⭐️ rating because the owners were very nice and kept us informed.

East Hill Bungalows- an oasis of peace and quiet!

Can't say enough about how peaceful and relaxing the accommodations are. No stress whatsoever. After driving all day to arrive at a vacation destination we have sometimes encountered at other places all kinds of stress trying to check in, park, get to our room etc....More

Best value for couples in Pensacola!

Great Place to Stay!

Such a large and beautiful place to stay. Far better than any hotel. I felt safer knowing my (new) car wasn't sitting in a hotel parking lot all night. Easy transaction. Everything worked well and the bed was confortable. We visit Pensacola once a year...More

About the neighbourhood
East Hill is a beloved, old neighborhood of Pensacola near downtown. Large oak lined streets with many styes of homes form Victorian to Arts and Craft to Spanish to modern and many more. This is a very old city (1559) with a very quaint downtown and magnificent waterfront with world class beaches. There are 12-15 restaurants nearby our bungalows and the large event center (Bay Center) is only a few minutes drive (also walkable). The main beach is a 15 minute drive. OWA is a 40 mins drive. There is also a great naval air museum with exciting interactive stuff, this is the home of the Nave 'Blue Angels'.
