Stayed in the coach house as a base for exploring the south east of Ireland, the property is an excellent place to chill out after quite a bit of driving about exploring the area . We visited New Ross close by , Waterford, Kilkenny,Wicklow, Glendalough, and we were recommended to visit Kilmore Quay which didn’t disappoint.
The cottage was well equipped, clean and very comfortable . The garden is just great on an evening when the sun is out to enjoy a glass of wine or whatever tickles your fancy.

Everything you need for a relaxing, get away from it all holiday.
Quiet location, near JFK Arboretum. New Ross is only 10 mins away by car and has all the usual town facilities, inc. bars and restaurants. Had a nice full Irish breakfast in the information centre overlooking the river. Car needed to visit various villages etc but we did do some cycling in the very quiet lanes and roads. Cottage had everything we needed and had a very comfortable stay.

If you're looking for somewhere to de-stress and relax, then this is absolutely the right place for you.
Dog -friendly, which is a huge plus. Dog loved the place, and looked pretty depressed to be leaving it!
Ideal place to base yourself and it's easy to explore Counties Wexford, Kilkenny and Waterford. Lots of beaches, historical ruined abbies, pretty seaside villages - something for everyone. We loved it so much, a booking has already been made for next year!
