Its a full renovated and equipped house with great location near the lake. I rent one of my bedroom where you can sleep 1 or 2 persons on the big couch and share the rest of house with me. . 300m od domu sa nachadza vodna nadrz Teply Vrch. Je tu možnosť kúpania, člnkovania i rybarčenia. Vítaná je jedna osoba alebo dvojica každej národnosti, ktorým viem ponúknuť jednu súkromnú izbu a zvyšok domu a záhrady by sa zdieľala so mnou.

Sehr tolle,ruhige Lage. Sehr schön renoviertes Haus (Wasserhähne sind schwachpunkte), toll ausgerüschtete Küche, angenehme Terasse, Garten.
Echt wildromantik.

Plötzlich Aufpreis auf 1 Festtag gerechnet.. diese Info aber niergendwo mitgeteilt (keine Info auf Webseite und nichts über Telefon)
Wir haben innerhalb 2 Woche vor check in unser Ankunftzeit wegen Krankheit verschoben, 1 Tag später 1 Tag weniger. Alles klar, keine Rückerstattung. ABER..wenn wir den ausfallende Nacht bezahlen müssen, sind wir immer noch nur bei 136 €, nicht bei 180€, was wir geben sollten. Waren wir zu 2, sollten wir aber für 5 Personen bezahlen.
In der schön ausgerüschtete Küche echt empfehlungwert alles vor dem Gebrauch entfetten.
