Set in the heart of the village but only a short walk to the Spa this is the ideal location to make a family holiday to remember. This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub's facilities (subject to prior booking and availability) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with free access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay. There are four spacious bedrooms, all beautifully appointed with a mixture of fitted and free standing furniture. The master bedroom extends the full width of the property and has slide away patio doors to a similar full width balcony, complementing this is a super king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also spacious with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is of good size offering 4 bunk beds and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor we find a full width lounge/bedroom with two double sofa beds giving a fifth bedroom or second lounge. The large L-shaped lounge/dining room can adequately cater for up to twelve people and benefits from slide away patio doors to a large decking area overlooking Beaumont Lake. Open plan yet separated from the lounge by the breakfast bar peninsula, the kitchen offers all you need to keep the family fully fuelled for days of adventure. Gas hob, electric oven, ample cupboards, utensils and crockery. Dishwasher-Fridge-Freezer-Kettle-Toaster. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge and freezer along with washing machine and laundry facilities. There is also a downstairs shower room WC. ADDITIONAL Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and highchair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Wi-Fi included. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for guests. Use of communal BBQ area to the rear of the property. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
