This Georgian farmhouse and cottage has been lovingly restored and has charm and character. If you want something different, a spacious home in which to relax and enjoy tasteful surroundings, then this is ideal for you.

This house has been tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard. Those willing to take care of my family home are very welcome to come stay and enjoy the surroundings which includes landscaped gardens.

There is plenty of room for parking at the front and side of the house.

You will access to the entire house except one reception room and an office. You will want to spend time in the kitchen, the heart of the house, which is always warm thanks to the AGA which provides constant hot running water. About the neighbourhood
This is a central location and so a good base for almost anything.
Located in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains. Within only a few miles from here you can enjoy walking in this stunning area of natural beauty.
If golfing is your thing, there are many golf clubs within easy distance and a host more within 30 - 45 minutes from here. As a keen golfer I can keep you right on how to ruin a good walk!
Plenty of shopping nearby at Sprucefield if that is your thing.
Getting around
If you don't have a car, there is a regular bus route to both Dublin and Belfast from Dromore. The 238 is the Translink Express bus to Belfast/Newry. The 38 is the local bus to Lisburn. Please ask for timetable if required.

Also please ask for local taxi numbers.

I like to use the train when visiting Dublin, the nearest train station is Newry and you can leave your car there.
