The Malthouse is a luxury 4 star holiday home located in the village of Batheaston just two miles from the centre of Bath. The house has an open plan kitchen and living area on the first floor with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and feature stone walls. The kitchen is fully integrated with all appliances, breakfast bar and ample work surfaces.

The lounge is set within a beautiful vaulted barn style ceiling with subtle lighting and wooden floors. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, fully tiled en suite shower room, single bedroom and a fully tiled family bathroom incorporating a bath with shower over.

The Malthouse has a parking space if you wish to drive, if not there is a bus stop about 50 yards away with a regular bus service into bath running every 10 minutes.

The property was exactly as the website suggested; contemporary, well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. The living room space with its high ceilings and exposed beams was especially impressive.

Take the exit Junction 18 off of the M4, continue onto the A46 towards Bath. Follow this road for seven miles going straight over one roundabout. Bear Left onto the A4 signposted Batheaston, the Malthouse is located about a half a mile on the right hand side.
