This cosy cottage for couples is a hit with all who stay here. It’s the perfect destination, tastefully restored and decorated. It is the ideal location for touring, engaging in country life or simply relaxing. Favoured by honeymoon couples, authors, artists and more, the Granary is a bright, cosy and welcoming space for two people where you will create wonderful memories of Fuchsia Lane Farm. Situated in the heart of the countryside, you can immerse yourself in country sounds as you listen to the birdsong in the morning, ramble the lane into the woodland meditation space or just relax by the stove with a good book or listen to your favourite music.

Beautiful sanctuary in the Tipperary heartland
We had a wonderful time at Fushia lane farm. Niall and Inez were wonderful hosts. Fresh farm eggs were given on our arrival. Had a great time walking the wood land trail with their dog Jessie. Granary cottage where we stayed, was a joy to stay in with its stove, beautifully fitted kitchen and very comfortable bedroom with ensuite, the decor and style all true to the traditional cottage. Beautiful garden out front with a table and chairs. Great place for bird watching. We sighted the chaffinch, Robin, swallows, blackbird and wren. Terry glass village and surrounding areas are steeped in history. The harbour is very picturesque. We came home rejuvenated, and look forward to going back there again. Paul and Patricia Dennis

Staycation
Beautiful cottage and surrounding area blissfully quiet and so relaxing. There is not a thing the cottage has not got( except a barman lol) . The owner niall is a total gent always on hand to help with whatever you need but never intrusive. Another nice touch the eggs on your door step in the morning can.t get fresher than that can you. The village is a 25 minute walk with it 2 bars a lovely place over all. So for all you staycationers why not give it a try. Thanks again niall. Eddie + Karen

Exceptional all round stay at Fuchsia Farm
Our summer stay at the beautiful Granary Cottage was nothing short of wonderful. It is exactly as described. The idyllic country setting epitomises beautiful Ireland and you are surrounded by peaceful landscapes and true Irish country hospitality. The cottage is perfect for a couple and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The convenience of a laundry was wonderful. So many sightseeing opportunities within a close drive. The Portunma Castle and the nearby Workhouse were amazing. Nenagh is an easy drive away and Nenagh Castle is not to be missed. Niall is the perfect host and the beautiful local produce gifts left for us on arrival were just lovely. We had a fabulous week staying at the Granary and will definitely be back for a third stay with Niall on our next trip to Ireland. Thank you for a wonderful Irish holiday.

I could almost feel the silence
Maybe some people come here for an active vacation : one can cycle or do boating or running or many other things, but we wanted to rest and we found everything to make that possible. Everything felt just right. In the morning the song of that one bird was like a concert, in the evening the fire in the stove the comfort of ages. The sauna a totally unexpected luxury. In the guest book I noticed they have visitors coming back again and again. I can understand why.

Amazing place to stay on your next trip to Ireland!
This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning your next trip to Ireland! We had the privilege of staying at the Granary Cottage. It was an amazing experience and Niall, the owner, was very welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. Located on a farm, it felt like a home away from home the minute we walked through the door. The apartment was super clean and we had access to everything we needed; kitchen was well equipped, access to a washing/drying machine, beautiful porch, fireplace and lots of different walking paths to explore and take in the beautiful surroundings. We also had a place to park our rented car. The cottage was conveniently located, enabling us to visit various cities located on the south west coast of Ireland by car (such as: Galway, the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick, etc...) . We can't finish this review without also mentioning the farm animals; 2 horses, a cat and Holly, the family's labrador who came to visit on occasion. They all contributed to making the Granary Cottage feel like just the perfect location to have picked on our first, and most definitely not our last, trip to Ireland.
