    Simona is a two bedrooms traditional stone house that has been fully renovated early in 2015.The house is located in the center of Neo Chorio, Paphos, situated on a hill with an amazing panoramic mountain and sea view. Only 5min drive from the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Excellent climate & great views.This is an ideal house for those seeking a quiet holiday in an area of natural beauty.The property has a wealth of outstanding traditional features throughout. Suitable for families. It includes large private pool and garden.     Sometimes we are there to welcome you. If not there is a key box with a code that will be provided to you before your arrival. There are few restaurants nearby , 5-10 minutes on foot, and 2 mini markets, 10minutes on foot. Nearest beach is 5-10 minutes by car from the house, as also Anassa Hotel , Baths of Aphrodite and Akamas National Park.

    Neo Chorio is a small village in the hills above Chrysochou Bay and retains its traditional character. Worth exploring on foot and discover some of it's little hidden gems. You will easily fall in love with this beautiful village of only 500 inhabitants. It is the highest village in Latsi area with an amazing panoramic mountain and sea view. POLIS derives its name from the Greek word for city, and is the shortened version of Polis Chrysochou which translated means City of the Golden Land thus named for the fertile land surrounding the river Chrysochou.     How to get there
    Driving from Larnaca airport to the house Is approxemately 1,5hour. Take the exit for the highway LIMASSOL-PAPHOS. As soon as you arrive in Paphos town you will take the road that takes you to Polis Chrysochous.Look at the signs in the road. As soon as you enter the Neo Chorio village you will go straight on until you see the Village Council on your left and next to it is a tavern named Palia Estoria ( in Greek is : ΠΑΛΙΑ ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ). From the tavern you take the first turn on your left which is about 1 min (400m) from the tavern. Continue going straight on for and after 300m again is the first turn on your left, 2nd house on your right.
