Hickling is also 5 miles away from the famous wild seal colony at Horsey Beach, which is a wonderful sight. The cottage, pubs, Broads and local beaches are family and dog friendly. Golebys Cottage combines old charm with modern comforts and is perfect for couples, families or those with pets. Spring and Summer guests can enjoy the fully enclosed, secluded garden, with patio furniture and barbecue, while Autumn and Winter visitors can snuggle up to underfloor heating and a multi-fuel stove. Ground Floor: Open Plan Living Area with Sitting Area attractively furnished with comfortable seating, widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, Micro hi-fi with DAB radio and multi-fuel woodburner. Kitchen/Dining Area with oak dining table and seating, electric cooker, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen cupboards are extremely well equipped and we supply some non- perishable ingredients. Bathroom with full size bath, walk in shower cubicle, washbasin and wc First Floor: Bedroom 1 with an antique victorian brass and iron double bed, radio alarm clock with built in phone charger point, wardrobe and chest for storage. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, small TV/DVD player, radio alarm clock with built in phone charger point, wardrobe and chest for storage. Garden: Fully enclosed, secluded cottage garden, with furnished patio and barbecue. The garden is a riot of colour in the spring and summer. There is also a garden shed for bicycle storage. Parking: Roadside on the lane. Heating: Woodburner, electric underfloor heating and wall heaters. Pets welcome but must be kept downstairs at all times please. Also Provided: Bedding, towels, electricity and underfloor heating are all included, and there is free wi-fi throughout the cottage. For the multi fuel stove we provide free starter baskets of coal, wood and kindling. Books and games are also available and the cottage has a phone guests are welcome to use. Our changeover day is Saturday from April to the end of October, with a minimum 7 nights stay. From November to the end of March short breaks are also available, with flexible start dates. Our minimum stay for the christmas, new year period, is 4 nights.More
