New apartment with state of art fixings. Conveniently located on the famous Burke Rd where plenty of cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are hosted. Only 400m to the Camberwell train station. 10 minutes train trip into Melbourne CBD.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both have a formal bed. It is ideal to accommodate 2-3 people. However, the sofa in the spacious living area is a double-bed sized sofa bed, which can accommodate additional two people if required. A large dinning table is set next to Kitchen.

There is a car park space for this apartment in the basement. The entrance to the basement carpark area has a 2.1m height limitation. The basement car park is accessed via Kintore St.

Very neat and tidy apartment... We were met on time with a lovely gentlemen. Great location short stroll to a great shopping location everything is very nearby highly recommend and we will be back!

Camberwell is a cute neighborhood with loads of charters. It is the home of many private schools, leafy streets, and plenty of vibrant little restaurants (any cuisine you can think of), cafes, shops. It also has brilliant transportation facilities into city or getting around. This apartment is perfectly located, being walking distance to all the shops, the Camberwell train station and the internationally famous Sunday Market. The nearby Mont Albert Road is one of Melbourne's most beautiful tree-lined streets - spectacular in any season and renowned for its 100+ year old plane and oak trees. Enjoy some delightful walks along.

Train station is 400m away, and tram line is on the Burke Road. The CBD is about 7km away, which takes 15 mins driving time.
How to get there
Get on Skybus from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine Airport) to Southern Cross Train station (20mins), then take Lilydale train line or Belgrove line to Southern Cross Station. From the Southern Cross Station to my apartment is 5 mins walk. Drive directly from Melbourne Airport will take approximately 50 minutes
