My wife and I were joined by a couple of friends, part of the time, and had perfect weather in this home. Everything we needed was there! The owner was very responsive to a water main breakage issue through no fault of hers and even granted us a little extra time at check out. The location was great and our next door neighbors were permanent homeowners which keep the area quiet. Thanks for everything!

Even better than expected! The fenced area was a Godsend. The ramp and the wheeled cart were so convenient. We crammed way more in our car than we needed to. The garage is full of beach and sun supplies. Bed and linens were nice quality. And Barbara is a gem of an owner. So responsive.

Every year we come to vacation on Topsail Island, NC. This year we picked this property and so glad that we did. This property had everything that we needed: space, comfort, amazing location, beach items, grills, fenced in space for our dog to roam around. Property owner was very responsive, sensitive and caring. This was definitely one of our favorite properties to stay on the island!

The house was exactly as described. Close proximity to restaurants and activities. The owners, Barb and Ray, are wonderful. They answered any questions we had and recommended some places to eat. SurfDog Bites has phenomenal fish tacos. We had a nice relaxing time. Our son, daughter and her two friends had a blast at the beach and went shopping at area shops. Surf City Jet Skis is definitely the place to go ride. We are definitely planning to come back!

The cleanest rental we have ever had in many years of renting at Topsail. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of chairs/boogie boards. Loved the two decks (covered/uncovered). Great location. The air conditioner worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room. Fenced yard for the dog. Outstanding rental that exceeded our expectations!
