The entrance is at level O : the living room with its open kitchen and the dining area are open on the garden, you live inside and outside in a large living space. The kitchen is full equipped, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, large fridge +freezer, micro-wave, Nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster... ,all you need to cook and free minibar with home made fruit rhums! Dining area inside and outside. In the living room, a flat TV with satellite with US channel, HBO and Netflix, a DVD player, a dock for your Iphone, a desk area with speed free WIFI...all you need to relax and stay in contact with your family and friends (and work sometimes!) Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with a king size bed, with a 4 stars Palace mattress for exquisite sleeping confort and unforgettable nights and large closets. The master bedroom has a large terrace with 4 lounge-chair, incredible ocean view on the 3 small islands, Pinel, Tintamarre and Green cay. The Pink bedroom offers an extra single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. For you convenience, you will find a wc at each level. Outside, you have a large private terrace with a lounge area, a dining area and lounge chairs in the garden...and a BBQ! All around, tropical flowers and palmtrees make you feel in paradise! A perfect place

About the neighbourhood

The best location on the French Side! Located in Orient Beach resort, a safe and gated property on one of the most beautiful beach of the caribean : Orient Beach. You are on the beach, the Village Square is 3 mn walk from the condo, you will find there restaurants, bar, a small supermarket,a bakery and small shops. A private spot is reserved fo your car. You are 10 mn from Grand Case Village, capital of gastronomy, and 10 mn from Hope Estate Mall, with it's big supermarket, bank, atm, wine shop... The ferry (dinghy) to Pinel island is 10 mn from here too. A Car is not necessary but recommanded if you want to visit the island.

Getting around

You will not need a car if you want to stay in Orient bay area. If you want to visit the island, a car is recommended. We can recommend you a reliable car rental, or arrange a pick up at the airport. please inquire.
