Aubenya is a rustic-elegant that has a special charm, nestled in a serene location, not overlooked, with 200.000 square meters of surrounding countryside, perfect for walks outdoors. The property offers 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a dining room for up to 16 people. Swimming pool, barbecue, fruit trees, overlooking the countryside and mountains, perfect for families with children (play area with swings), the pool is 10x5, surrounded by fields and citrus. It is 10 minutes from the towns of Llucmajor Algaida and Montuiri, the nearest beach is the beautiful beach of Es Trenc, about 20 Kms away, the central location of the property makes trips around the island. Plenty of room to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a rustic setting, yet close to many beaches.

Amazing Finca in a quiet and isolated area, very traditional style and beautiful. The inside is spacious and each bedroom had its own en-suite facilities, which is great for a large party (we had 14, of all ages) You would need a car to get the most out of it. Recommend to take USB fans for night as it gets hot at night and being British, we are used to cooler conditions and there is no air conditioning. Although something so modern in the property would likely detract from its beauty.
The pool area was ideal and the terrace at night for barbecues was great. The views were fantastic!
There was plenty for the kids to do, but they spent most of their time in the pool.
There was take away paella nearby, which was great to have in the pool house with all the family, the take away also catered very well for vegetarians.
Local towns did everything we needed and with a car it was easy to get out and visit different parts of the island with some fantastic beaches and...
