Interaction with guests
We usually try to be around when you arrive, but if not we have a key safe entry. The Annexe has a basket full of local and not so local information but we are more than happy to give you our local knowledge, particularly on where to walk.

About the neighbourhood
We live in a beautiful area of East Devon. We are surrounded by cliffs to the west that take you to Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth and beyond and to the east Lyme Regis and if you are feeling very energetic Golden Cap and West Bay. The river Axe is a haven for birds and we now have a brilliant wetlands area.
Getting around
Guests who have come by rail or bus, find that the local services and those which take you further afield are very easy and convenient to use. Bus stops are no more than 200 yards from our house on the road to Beer and Seaton. Please note we do live at the top of a hill, therefore those of you who are not used to walking hills would find a car useful.
