Relaxing location within close proximity of the river. Set within one acre grounds of 'Nene House'. Pedestrian access to March Town Centre via Riverside Walk of 10 minutes, where there are supermarkets shops and places to eat. Holiday let conversion completed July 2010. Fully furnished with washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Bath with shower over. Within 10 min walking distance of March Railway Station with good transport links to Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough and London. Norfolk coast an hours drive away. Ideal flat rural countryside for cyclists.

The Lodge is peacefully situated, within easy walking access along the river path into March. It was spotlessly clean and well-equipped and helped to make our trip a great success. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Located in a very nice little town in reasonibally distance of Ely, Cambridge and Peterborough. There are many restaurants and shops in the town, and Lidl and Sainsbury are open every day. Very friendly owner and nice neibourghs!

March - located on the River Nene, March is part of the Fenland Waterway and is popular for boat users or anglers in this picturesque and tranquil Market Town. A small town offering a selection of local shopping including a wednesday and saturday market for local produce. St Peters and St Wendreda's church are popular with visitors as is Dunham's Wood which can be found on the outskirts of March in a four acre oasis of trees, guided walks, sculptures and a miniature railway (open seasonal).

The cottage is Just set back from the River Nene and from the private Garden direct access to the riverbank and footpath which is a picturesque walk along Nene Parade and West End where you can admire the river lined with some of the oldest and most attractive properties in the town.
