Eco-friendly 3 storey house with 2 roof terraces, fully-fitted kitchen (2017), spacious rooms and all the essentials for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The terrace is the highest viewpoint on this side of town; a perfect place to enjoy the light, sundown and the stars.

Without a doubt, this house has one of the best viewpoints in Olvera (second only to the top of the castle!). About the neighbourhood
Olvera is located in-between Malaga, Seville and Cadiz, in the Sierra de Cadiz, surrounded by soft slopes covered in olive groves and within view of imposing mountains.

There's so much to do in this part of the world, it's impossible to list everything. For adventurous types, there's cave exploration, hang-gliding, mountaineering; for the active ones there's hiking and cycling along the VIa Verde and many other trails; and bird-watching for nature lovers! Other activities available in the area are horse-riding, water-sports, agritourism, etc.
Getting around
Cars can be offloaded about 50m from the house and parking is less than 10 min away in Calle Mercado. Olvera is a fully walkable town, and walking around the surrounding countryside and the many trails is encouraged and highly recommended. However, the most efficient and comfortable way to get to/from airports and reach the neighbouring towns and the many attractions is by hiring a car. There are bus services from bus terminals (not airports) in Malaga, Seville and Jerez, but these are very limited and the journey is a lot longer.

Airport: Malaga: 112.0 km
The best way to get to Olvera is by car, via the A384 highway from Malaga to Sevilla. It is an hour and 15 minutes from either airport. Once you make a booking, we will send you directions and links.

Because of its privileged location, access to the house is via a short, upward, pedestrian walkway. The house (like many in Olvera) is a challenge for wheelchairs, pushchairs, people with walking disabilities, etc. Similarly, the stone staircases could present an injury risk for toddlers or energetic children; none of the furniture or cabinets have been secured or child-proofed and there are no child guards on windows or staircases.
