CoCoCondo is a spacious 3BR, 3.5 Bath Townhouse-style condo in a beautiful oceanfront complex in a quiet residential area, close to Seven Mile Beach, a short 15 minute drive from the airport and located right on the public bus route. Family-friendly, diver friendly, with full air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, broadband wireless internet, HD television. The top floor is a Grand Master suite with a king-size bed, a futon, en-suite luxury shower room and High-def TV. The middle floor has two bedrooms and 2 baths, and the ground floor boasts a large fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with a patio to relax after a day of seeing what Cayman has to offer. About the neighbourhood
CoCo Condo is located in the Coconut Bay development in the residential North West Point area of Grand Cayman. The site offers two swimming pools, plus some fantastic shore diving and snorkelling. Tanks and weights are available at a discount from our local resident dive operation. There are other shore dives within easy reach of the site. We are 1.5 miles from the north end of Seven Mile Beach, and are close to the Cracked Conch restaurant and Macabuca bar, offering a great place for a drink, a snack and watching our beautiful sunsets. We are less than a mile from the Cayman Turtle Farm and the Cayman Motor Museum. West Bay offers a selection of smaller, cosy restaurants like Alfresco and Heritage Kitchen, and several of the island's larger dive ops, many of which will pick you ...
Getting around
We recommend that guests rent a car during their stay - this provides easy options for grocery shopping, getting to Seven Mile Beach, and seeing the rest of the island. There is a regular bus service that stops on the road that will take you down Seven Mile Beach to George Town.
