Staying at Tropical Blue turned out to be the perfect spot for us!

About the neighbourhood
Lots of local, reasonably-priced restaurants within walking distance. And we hope you'll enjoy free use of our bicycles/ there's a fun 'West Bay Loop' well marked around the NW end of Grand Cayman where you'll view popular horse trails & kite-boarding activities at Barkers Nat'l Park! Janelle & I enjoy our daily early morn or late afternoon 'walk around the block' via our 'secret-path' that ends at our fav restaurant, Alfrescos-on-the-Sea! Within a short 5 min drive or bicycle ride you'll also find the worlds only turtle farm, hell & 2 dolphin parks! Within 900 yds of 'your' SMB/ popular cemetery beach you'll also find the 252 ft long Kittywake shipwreck, a former sub rescue ship that is said to have picked up astronaut Buzz Aldrin!
Getting around
As mentioned, the local ci$2 bus (us$2.50) is conveniently located right in front of Fosters grocery store & runs every 10 min or so;-) Hop on & ride into Georgetown where it ends at the library...jump on another $2 bus & explore more of the island, as far as BoddenTown (Pirates Caves!) & beyond!!
