Had to clean patio just to enter the house, HUGE iguana problem, bedrooms are small, and house was NOT cleaned. Location is good . Water pipe broke and flooded house (not owners fault) which at least cleaned the floor!More
tiki house has an on island manager who is avaialble to our guest 24 hours a day. we have no record of this guest contacting our manager nor did they contact us regarding cleanliness issues. it is difficult to respond a month after the fact....More
