- This beach were our favourite on the whole Seycelles! The sea is so clear that it’s almost looks like you’re swimming in the pool. And there is nice snorkelling on the right side on the beach. We saw stingray, lemon shark and many beautiful fishes. Takeaway place on the left side of the restaurant it’s really good and fresh .@Holidayforever78Reviewed March 2025
- Anse Lazio is one of the most famous beaches in the world for a reason and is a must visit for any beach lover visiting the Seychelles. Located in the northwest of Praslin Island, the second largest island of the Seychelles, this beach will welcome you with white silky sand flanked by large granite boulders on either side and separated from the island by a lush greenery and towering coconut palms. The water is usually crystal-clear turquoise, especially in the morning and inviting you for swimming and snorkeling , whilst the beach is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and photography. Most of the time there are fruits and coconuts available at the beach from local vendors, but bring your towels and enough water, just in case. Its better to arrive early to avoid the crowds and ensure an convenient parking place closer to the beach. Some hotels provide shuttle busses as well. Whether you enjoy the early morning or watch the sunset right in front of your eyes, this beach is a jewel at any time of the day, all over the year, yes, even when it is raining it can be fun in the warm waters.@TravelBear73Reviewed February 2025
- Wow, this beach is incredible! Anse Lazio is pure paradise – the soft sand, the clear blue water, and the peaceful vibe make it unforgettable. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll or just chilling by the water. Don’t forget to head west along the beach – you’ll find these tiny, hidden bays that are so quiet and beautiful, it feels like you’ve discovered a secret spot. Getting There: It’s on the northwest side of Praslin. You can drive there (it’s about 15-20 minutes from the main areas) or take a the bus (20 min walk to the beach). The road is a bit winding, but the views along the way are worth it. Once you arrive, there’s a small parking area, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. If you’re in Praslin, you have to visit Anse Lazio. It’s one of those places that stays with you long after you leave.@557marcbReviewed January 2025
- Make sure you walk along as there is more than just the first beach you see. If you are driving go past the first car park and go to the one at the end of the sand track. It’s cheaper and closer to the beach. You also have access to a shower.@Peddy12Reviewed December 2024
