Looking for an alternative and authentic way to explore the Tuscan countryside while enjoying Chianti wines and Tuscan gourmet food? What better way to both explore and preserve the environment than to enjoy it from horseback.
Ride horses through ancient bridle-paths and valleys where Etruscans, Romans, Pilgrims and warriors once rode. Canter through different terrain; enjoying red Tufo cliffs, rolling green pastures, pine forests, olive groves and world famous Chianti vineyards. Riding in the Chianti allows you the chance to experience a side of Tuscany that is impossible to experience in a tour coach or even a car for that matter.
Discover spectacular landscapes and scenery's, but also a culture where tradition remain very much part of everyday life.
Remember to make sure wherever you ride in Italy should be affilliated with an equestrian sport federation (FISE, ANTE, ENGEA etc), as if your guide hasnt paid to be affilliated, you are most probably not insured in the case of an accident.
