We have just returned from another memorable holiday at #1 Palm Beach Condos. The condo is in a superb situation overlooking the beautiful wide beach with water sports available. Opposite is a man made Reef, full of lovely tropical fish and is very popular with snorkelers. Also there are turtles in the sea which often swim close to the shore.
#1 is on the upper floor which is good for privacy and the balcony looks directly on to the beach, only a few feet away. The balcony is a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine (or rum!) and relax. It is set in a stunning tropical garden with a private pool. It is very well equipped with plenty of fans for keeping cool. There is a new 40” flat screen television, plus another in the bedroom.
Palm Beach Condos are situated in central Holetown and within easy walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, banks and a large modern supermarket.
We have been staying here for many years and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. We highly recommend it.

If like us you are looking for the perfect spot to relax and unwind then this is definitely the place to go. In fact, it was probably the most relaxing holiday we have had for a very long time. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, we cooked in the apartment for 4 nights and ate on the balcony taking in the amazing vista and awesome sunsets, we swam 3-4 times a day in the ocean (less than 1 minute walk from the apartment) and the lovely pool which is surrounded by tropical gardens with humming birds and mongooses, very amusing to see Pat's cat Whisky play chasing the mongooses! There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a great supermarket to buy anything you might need. We left feeling totally chilled and relaxed, what more can you ask from a holiday ! Thank you Dayle, George, Pat, Chris, Ros, Julia and not forgetting Whisky!

I’ve been lucky enough to visit Barbados about ten times and have never stayed in the same place twice, but I will now never stay anywhere other than Palm Beach Condominiums again, and No 1 really is the ultimate location right next to the beach. The views of the sunsets from the balcony were incredible, and I loved waking up in the morning and looking straight out of the window over the sea from bed.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable - we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It is also very easy walking distance from Lime Grove shopping centre, the new Massey (Waitrose) supermarket, the Chattel village and countless bars and restaurants.

There is a very quiet, peaceful swimming pool which made a lovely refreshing change to the sea, and the mature tropical gardens are incredibly well maintained.

I really can’t rate this apartment highly enough. The owners and Pat, the manager over in Barbados, were incredibly helpful and friendly to deal with, even rescuing us and welcoming us back when the hotel we had planned to spend our last few days at turned out to be a total disaster!

If you want a hassle-free home from home in the best location in Barbados then you really don’t need to look anywhere else!

#1, Palm Beach is a superb condo overlooking the beach in Holetown. It is only a few feet from a magnificent beach, with water sports available and two nearby beach bars and restaurants. It has a large balcony overlooking the beach and it is lovely sitting there enjoying a drink and watching the wonderful views. The condo is very well furnished with plenty of fans for keeping cool and a well appointed kitchen with maid service three times a week. It is situated in central Holetown, with numerous bars and restaurants very near. There is also a large modern supermarket, several banks and a petrol station within easy walking distance.
Condo #1 is one of only 14 and is set in beautiful and well kept tropical gardens and a private pool.
We have been staying there for about 22 years and would not wish to stay anywhere else.
