The Location was great but that is where it Stopped. We arrived to Stacy Hennesseys condo and supposedly the condo was Professionally Decorated which was not the case. 2 Days after we arrived the Hot Water developed an Issue that smelled like sulphur and Stunk to high heavens throughout the bathroom and hallway and we were expected to Shower in it. Everyone we spoke to said we should not shower in it but we had No Other Option. We contacted the owner who said she contacted the Manager but nothing was done during our 2 week stay to Correct the Problem. The Manager said we could hold one of the 5 Gallon jugs of water over our heads and shower in that, that is ridiculous, how do you hold a 5 gallon jug full of water over your head and Shower. The BBQ was Rusty and Falling apart and we Did not use it. There was an Army of Ants at the main Patio door. One of the drawers had Rusty utensils and looked like someone stood back and through everything into the drawer. There are several other rentals in this complex that I am sure do not have these issues and if we return we WILL and would Recommend Renting one of them. I took photos and Video of everything. We OWN 7 Vacation Rentals in Hawaii and I have Decorated them and others and Furnished them and this unit was Not Tastefully decorated even though the Owner is a Realtor and gives Staging Lessons. TRUST ME WE FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES AND POLICIES AND WE LEFT IT IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN WE ARRIVED.
