Our stay was perfect from the start: we were collected on time; reception was polite, helpful and always available. The room (Indigo 01) was immense with a great view and always cleaned to a high standard. Bathroom was spotless; shower was huge with unlimited hot water - all that you can ever wish in a hotel.
We were merely 20 metres away from our dive centre for the week: Aquanauts. Communication before and during our stay was excellent and they accommodated us with our 'special need': WRECKS! Their boats were clean and well-maintained; the crew (Bruce and Bugsy) always gave us a brief before going to sea and had plenty of enthusiasm. Dive guides (Jane and Paul) were very knowledgeable and made sure we were filled with mangoes and diver's tea. All the staff was fun and attentive!
The Dodgy Dock Café although slightly expensive and somewhat limited in choice served food (and cocktails) all day to a high quality, all that starving divers could need.
Slight disadvantage: If you wish to go to St George’s town, there is a 15-min walk to the nearest bus stop, which seems longer with the heat and humidity. There is a very small beach at the resort; however, the hotel provides a free shuttle to Grande Anse Beach if you want a change from the swimming pools.
One tip for your stay anywhere in Grenada: don't forget to bring a powerful insect repellent!

Just returned from a week at True Blue and we cannot fault it. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a villa and it was great. Spotlessly clean and the daily maid service was excellent.
The Dodgy dock bar was great too. Reasonably priced drinks and the food at the restaurant was excellent.
All the staff were very friendly and very pleasant.

We just got home from a wonderful holiday on Grenada. We had booked ourselves a bayview room at Truebluebay Resort which is located in the south of the island near the airport. Close to the busiest part of the island with the most amazing beach "Grand Anse' and the capital St. George’s. We had a heartily welcome when we arrived at the hotel and were checked in fast and shown to our room by one of the front desk staff. The view from our balcony over the bay of True Blue was stunning and we spend a lot of time there in the afternoons, relaxing with a nice sundowner, watching the day go down. The room was nicely furnished in Caribbean style, warm colours and wooden interior. The room as well as the bathroom was always clean and you could feel a very personal touch from the owners and housekeeping by little details like some fresh bunches of bougainvillea and other plants spread in the room and in the bathroom. We had booked a package with breakfast included. It was held in the main restaurant, directly at the waterfront. A lovely spot to start a day. The food itself was good: pastries, bread, etc were always freshly made in the morning; omelet’s always where made fresh right at the buffet table for us by one of the cook. There is a very nice bar enclosed on the property, where we spend some evenings, watching the locals having their after work drinks and getting to know the flair of Grenada. The staff and management of the hotel where nice and always friendly and where there when needed, giving helpful information or just for a little chit chat. We came in a very dry time of the year, so the garden looked a bit tired but we could imagine how beautiful and lush it must be once the rain comes back. There was some construction going on on the property which really didn’t disturb us. We also hired a rental car and spent most of our days exploring the beauty of Grenada, the amazing beaches, nice walks to the rain forest and even went to the sulfur springs hidden in the forest. All in all it was a wonderful holiday and we had a great time on this unspoiled island. We definitely will come back.

This hotel is in an idyllic location. The Waterfront apartments which were the first rooms to be built over twenty years ago are in the best position. They are now being rebuilt and promise to be even better .
The staff, at all levels, go out of their way to be helpful, and like all Grenadians are always happy and smily. In the Dodgy Dock Bar the attention was so good on this visit that we were inclined to drink an extra Rum Punch.
The Mexican food is good and there are a number of Restaurants nearby at which to ring the changes.
Two pools, Canoes and Hobiecats were sufficient to keep us active and occupied when not exploring the island.
