The wood fire pizzas here are some of the best and most authentic you'll find. Our favourites are margarita, capricossa, calzone and nutella pizza. The pastas are also great! Been coming here for years!

I thought I’d try this place again after being disappointed before but there was really no improvement. Extremely overpriced for what it is - a suburban Italian. Especially the kids meals - $14 for frozen nuggets and chips. Seriously?! Limited pasta choices, undercooked ravioli, cheap and nasty looking menus. We will not be returning.

We had not been to this place for a while and probably hadn't eaten here with the new owners. This place used to be very nice and alas things have gone down hill in a big way.

The pizzas are not as well cooked or as tasty as before. The salad was terrible. Never have we eaten a rocket, pear and Parmesan salad that had cheap grated Parmesan not shaved and a few small pieces of pear with no vinegar just loads of oil. It really was awful. The bread was also not that nice.

All in all a very disappointing meal and we will not go back.

Came over to Amici as we had an appointment wait at the local hospital. The place looks decent and traditional, we sat in for lunch to which I ordered the arancini and my friend ordered the traditional italian sausage sandwich. The Arancini came out fast and was presented with three large deep fried rice balls swimming in tomato sauce. The sauce was nice and plentiful, however was quite oily. The arancini themselves were filled 95% with rice and hardly any meat and peas. One of them had no meat or peas at all. They also needed seasoning. They did include cheese, however was slightly flavourless. My friends italian sausage sandwich was good based on her comments, however the sausage was not a traditional italian sausage which was a shame. Service was ok, however we were the only diners at the time so you would expect fast service which we did receive. May attend again to try the pizzas instead during dinner.
