My friend and I stayed at BBC December 2011. They have nice facilities and superb customer service but we were nearly double charged for our room reservation. We booked our reservation online and paid with credit card so we assumed that our reservation has been paid for. But when we checked out of BBC they charged us for the room reservation, explaining that they don't have a record of our online reservation. I insisted that they check their records since we used our credit card to book it. After 30 minutes, they were able to find our online booking. I don't know if it was an honest mistake on their part but when we checked in at the hotel they keep on insisting that they don't have a record of our online booking. They just let us come in and assured that they would look it up on their system. It took them 30 minutes to look up at their records but they were not able to find it for the last 10 days of our stay. Aside from that, some of their staff treat Filipinos and foreigners differently, giving preferential treatment to the latter. We also used the mini day spa and I find it annoying that their masseurs are texting while giving a massage. Other than these, I find our stay at BBC a very good one.More
