No Suitable for Foreign Tourists. A dangerous area . Poor security for your belonings and valuables.Tiny Rooms with adequate furnishings .Cockroaches everywhere.Adjoins a mall ,but not in City Centre. Overpriced .

Room tip: Better Options with more security.

After my negative experience with Go Hotels Bacolod and multiple roaches in the rooms, I decided to give this branche a go only because of the location and the parking garage.

I got stuck there because of the weather and although the staff is very accomodating and friendly, I got so tired of being in that small room with all the green en yeloow, the greyish stained sheets and old towels. The bathroom rug was almost dark grey and looked like it could never be clean again. The tiny soap bar and the sachet of shampoo, my god, you still pay 1800 pesos per room per night. There are much nicer and more affordable places to stay, even in Tacloban.

For me Go Hotels is becoming an overrated way too exepensive place.

it is very noisy, you can hear your next door neighbour make love, snore and gargle his throat int he morning. babies crying and doors slamming, everything echoes.

Matrasses are comfortable and so are the pillows but the rooms are too small, the amenities are too little and sheets and towels too dirty for such a price. if it were 800 or 900 pesos, that would be great.

Will I return to Go Hotels in general? No, not anymore.

The rooms are small, but the shower is ok. If you prefer to be in the mall for food or some errands, this may be a good option. However, it will take you two jeepney rides from the airport, and the last ride is on a very cramped one.

Stayed one night. Only good thing i can mention is the central mall location. Room is so cramped it's ridiculous. No place to put your suitcase. One folding table above the bed. When opened was in a 110 degree angle so unusable. We checked in at 1.15pm...only to be reminded that check in time was 2pm. Been to hotels in mote than 65 countries but only has that one time before. And then when upon departure you ask to leave one small suitcase for 2 hours they charge you 50 pesos...
My advice: we paid 2K for a cramped room in an unwelcoming place. Make one 5 min jeepny ride down the boulevard... Basic rooms budget hotel.. executive room. 1100 pesos only and more than 3 times the space plus cupboard and welcoming atmosphere.

if you are looking for a place that is centrally located...this is your hotel. Budget hotel that has the basic amenities. It is also right beside a big mall. Convenient for public transportation too. Friendly and helpful staff. Take note that they charge P650 for late check-out (11am-2pm)
