This location serves lunch, but they are extremely slow on serving it. Places is half-empty and still takes over 40min to deliver food on the lunch menu.

When asking about this, staff answers rudely and ignorantly. Cannot recommend for anyone wanting to grab lunch.

Poor and slow service accompanied with mediocre food.

I had to wait over 30min for a single salad even though there weren’t that many customers. Never coming here again at lunch time.

Service was good and friendly and the place was clean. Had to wait lunch for half an hour, even the place was less than full. My meal was warm, both my friends was almost cold. Too little filling (baked potato) and salad was just lettuce with couple slices off cucumber and tomato.

Centrally located with the best available corner at Willa Mall. Accessible from two sides. Its got a good range of snacks & beverages. Can get crowded at times, so be prepared for queues. Prices are almost at par with Starbucks in Helsinki.

The quality is fair enough in salads but the problem comes every time I go there for lunch.

1. The waiting.. There is two cashiers but it takes about 3-4 minutes per person to take order. So if there is 6 ppl in front of you the waiting time is approx 10 minutes.

2. The order. Almost every time I ask for Chicken ceasar or tuna salad. Usually the waiting time for one salad on the plate is 30-40 minutes!!! How is that possible? Well the other opportunity is to eat from "to go" boxes and sadly chicken ceasar and tuna are almost every time sold out. So you have to take some other salad..

If you have time to stay in line and wait for food, everything is good. Price is good and the ingredients are fairly good. (I just can't under stand why they use canned fruits for example, there is a big hypermarket fruit selection only 40 meters away and there is fresh pineapple etc)

Coffee is included and it's good.
