Went with my husband and I bought The Dinner - giftcard (meals and drinks for two 150e). It included 3 tapas choices and mains and desserts for two and 3 glasses of wine for both of us. Food was amazing and variety was really good, just a little too salty for my taste. We ate outside, inside was too warm. Service was also really good, loved the place and would go again!

1# choice for Lunch in Hyvinkää. Eaten here for ~ 50 times, including a few nice and sometimes lenghty Dinners as well. Never disappointed on food. Laid back service and good choice of wines and beer. Today had a tasty chicken pita and salad on the delicius salad buffet.

Food was delicious. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Service was excellent. Perfect for a lovely, relaxed dinner without any fuss.

My better half and myself had a delightful Sunday lunch at 2 Puuta. The list was concise and had several options we would have wanted to try.

We ended up having an appetizer platter (two kinds of cheeses, three kinds of meat, and kalamata olives). Everything was good anf the portion was just the right size for a two-person appetizer).

The mains were pan-fried perch with potatoes, beurre blanc with roe, and asparagus; and charcoal-grilled entrecote with chimichurri, aioli, and country fries. Everything was very well cooked and tasty.

For dessert we shared a ball of home-made vanilla ice cream and kumquat sorbet. Especially the sorbet was divine.

Service was friendly and efficient and the decor was clean in a bistro-like style. Prices, while perhaps higher than some places in Hyvinkää, were very reasonable (downright cheap, actually) compared to food of the same caliber in Helsinki.

2 Puuta Bar & Bistro was a very pleasant surprise in Hyvinkää and definitely worth even a small detour. The place is head and shoulders above what one would expect in a small Finnish town. I hope people find the place and appreciate it for what it does to the food scene of Hyvinkää.
