Large hotel complex that does business. Prices double during the Chinese New Year. Nice and clean rooms with balcony. Good bedding. The manager is the only person who can speak english and greet the stranger with a smile.

Good comfortable rooms, reasonably quiet. Beds are good. Secure entry and ample parking. This hotel is easy to get to and it's a great shame it's let down by the appalling catering. I have tried the breakfast , served cold, tried a Thai dish , nothing like it should be and finally on my last visit tried fried rice. As my friend said " surely they can't mess that up" but they did. Complained to staff and just got a knowing smile. Should have realised the amount of locals bringing in outside food was a comment on the food.

Reasonably priced, good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and we were provided with clean towels and room service.

It is close to the park with nice views of the city and there is a great cafe around the corner called Tissues and something.

You can also do your laundry on level 4 and it's cheap, quick and easy.

Room tip: Higher floors have better views, and the elevator is reasonably quick.

Apparently, P.A. owns three hotels in the same area. This hotel is located between the other two. P.A. Ville is next to the entrance of Paradise Park and it is priced about the same as this P.A. Place. The other P.A. Thani is newer at about 200B more and it is located about 200m from P.A. Place.

The layout is similar to a dormitory or a factory living quarter. Dated but spacious and clean with an elevator, a key card to access the elevator & stairs, and a big parking area. Coin-operated washer & dryer available. Reception staff are friendly and can communicate in English for most needs.

Every room has a big window and a balcony. The drying rack on the balcony is dirty, so I used the dryer. Weak shower on the 6th floor. Sufficient international channels and strong A/C. Ants in the room and bathroom, so be extra careful when you eat in the room.

Breakfast is not included but you can order meals to eat in the canteen or in your room.

There are restaurants, cafes, food stalls, and convenience stores within a 5 to 10-minute walk. I traveled by green songtaew (two-bench pickup) to/from the train station and yellow songtaew to/from the bus station in front of the hotel. You can use the hotel tuk tuk for a fee.

They take credit card payment without service fee, so I didn't have to withdraw extra cash from ATM.

This hotel is good compared to its prices, it is cheap so you don't have to think much of what you are getting .

In the morning have a free coffee in the grand floor even though no breakfast included.

The only problem I got was some times in some rooms have many bugs, which I cannot stand at all, went to the hotel multiple times to give another chance but it is the same always.
