Admittedly I mistakenly book B2 Nakhon Sawan Premier instead of B2 Nakhon Sri Premier. And I arrived at the hotel in a different city.
You would think, during a very low occupancy period they could at least transfer partially to the other hotel. Instead of prioritizing the paying customer at no additional cost, they would rather have all the income and be completely inflexible. They offered zero help and took the money whole. On agoda they're labeled as a 4 star hotel. One would expect some flexibility to a paying customer.
