We recently spent a few nights in the Quay House in Kilmore Quay as it's a very comfortable place to stay, so relaxing, & everything in the village is literally on the doorstep, so a fantastic location. The proprietors Pat & Siobhan are so friendly & welcoming, as too are the staff - Tess & her trusty assistant Siorcha take great care of everyone at breakfast time, which is freshly prepared, very tasty & served in the maritime themed dining room. Our room was pristinely maintained on a daily basis & there's private parking for the guests, which is another plus. This well known beautiful village by the sea has so much to offer. There are several original thatched cottages dotted along the main street & beyond, which is very picturesque. There are several really good restaurants & places to eat close by or within easy reach. You can also take a boat trip out to see the Saltee Islands or take a tour of the bay & fishermen can also hire boats to take them deep sea fishing for the day. The famous sandy beaches & surrounding countryside also have much to offer, so it's well worth taking some time to explore this lovely part of Co. Wexford, which is steeped in history. We'll definitely return again in the not too distant future!

Stayed in room 3, and loved it, lying in bed with the windows open, looking at the stars and listening to the sea crashing, tranquillity. Nice, clean comfortable accommodation with lovely staff, will definitely stay again.
Room tip: Room 3, sea views.

The room was a good size - although the tv was not! The staff were friendly and welcoming - the breakfast was adequate but nothing special. We did feel that Quay House was overpriced for what it had on offer.

Excellent facilities. Good place. Quiet. Good wifi. TV had a good range of channels. Good breakfast. Comfy bed and large airy room with view of the sea. The place is great too for boats, fish and chips and a trip to see puffins and birds.

Beautiful waterfront home. Paddy and Jillian were such gracious hosts. They thought of everything with wonderful touches to make out stay perfect. We only spent one night but could of definitely stayed longer. The breakfast in the morning was glorious in the atrium like breakfast room. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a very plesant staying, thanks to Pat and his family. B&B is good located in nice village Kilmore Quay, big parking, breakfast with good selection of cereals, fruits and hot dishes. Nice room, very good bed. I had a room with a nice view to main street of village, very quiet. Big parking space, good wifi. Close to pub and sea-side.
