During a visit to Huntingdon Quebec, my partner and I decided to stop for lunch. We saw Restaurant Bothai, a new restaurant in the area, and decided to try it. What a delightful lunch we had! The chef spoke to us about the restaurant and the menu and he sent us some samples to try. We both had Pork Wonton Soup, and then shared General Tao chicken and Mongolian beef. The soup and the entrees were flavorful and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.
