we stayed only one night.. it was enough. the sheet was torn, the room was horribly hot- even if we cant breathe- and the breakfast was awful .. only positive comment might be its location, center of the city.

Staff is average, price is fair however
there is only liquid soap in room, it's like public toilets.
Shampoo is same as soap. You press the staff like public toilet soaps and it pours shampoo in your hands. You van't find little bottles of shampoo, body lotion etc.
Breakfast is not very good, there isn't much varieties. Also they don't bring new foods to cover consumed foods back. Unbelievable. If you don't go breakfast early you can't find some foods due to they are finished.
The decoration of the hotel and rooms is quaint and a bit kitsch. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location and close to restaurants and shopping. The service is a little bit sketchy and slow, some better reception staff training would be a good investment for this hotel.
it is nromal some like in ısparta place. small and not more luxury. stuf and they dont know to make hotel service but it is ok. so boutiqe hotels are differents. ısparta small city. I wsih would be more quality future. ıf they save the guest satisfaction concept and accept to the people good service would be ok
The hotel's location is very close to the center of the city. You can find typical Turkish food around by walk. Although they mention that they have free wi-fi in the rooms, it was not possible for us to make any connection to the internet from our rooms. We were two families with one small kid and adolescent in each. The elevators are very old and small not possible to enter with one luggage and two persons. I stayed at the fourth floor and walked ahead through the stairs during my stay there. Because I got the impression that the elevators could broke up any time with the people inside. The rooms absolutely needs renovation ; everything was very old including bathroom.
There are two buildings of the hotel. The old one is facing towards the Süleyman Demirel Boulevard. The new one is just behind the old one with a very narrow street between two. If you do your reservation through booking.com, trivago.....etc., they put you to a room in the front building which is very old. But if you make your reservation through the front desk of hotel, then you have a chance of staying in the new one. They honestly say that they pay commission to booking.com..... And this is the solution that they find.
Do not stay there if you are not obliged to ! But if you do not have another choice , ask the new building before check-in !
The hotel in in downtown Isparta, in one of the main streets, very close to restaurants and shops.
The hall is very nice. The great problem is with the staff that speaks very few words of english; if you don't speak turkish it's a big problem. To understand each other is really a big battle.
Elevators are old and very small. My room and bathroom were small, clean but very old style (they need a renovation).
Average breakfast in turkish style only.
