Arrived for lunch on a wet windy day .
Immediately stepping out of the car You are greeted with a very homely cosy country cottage / villa
On entering we were greeted with a warm welcome and asked if we would like a table for two secluded round a corner near the open roaring fire.
Such a refreshing homely atmosphere especially next to an open roaring fire not gas or artificial .
Our host Jagan was courteous polite and went the extra mile to make our meal and experience over lunch enjoyable.
I had seafood chowder and bread and butter pudding as dessert.
Totally delicious and presented well on both counts .
The coffee on arrival was superb and water was always filled .
The added touch was the way our tea was selected . We were offered the choice of 6 blends in seperate glass containers to smell the aromas before ordering . A nice touch . Would I go back again yes a lovely dining experience and a credit to Jagan and his team .
