We just returned from our family vacation while staying at the Greenwich Farmhouse. We had six adults and two small children (<2) and were very comfortable. With four full bathrooms, there was never a wait for the toilet/shower and everyone slept comfortably with the air conditioning and comfortable beds.
The farmhouse is a few minute walk to the square where there are restaurants, pubs, wine bars, pharmacy, and a small food store. I was able to get diapers, wipes, etc. for baby as well as snacks and breakfast foods, which is all we required, easily.
We had a car rental and everything is close by in a short drive, 5-10 minutes seemed to get us wherever we wanted to go. We enjoyed the restaurants on the water in Mgarr and sightseeing throughout the island. Plenty to fill our days for our weeklong stay.
When we wanted a quick relaxing activity, the pool was a nice oasis from the hot Mediterranean sun! Very convenient to have at our fingertips when we didn't want to go to the sea.
All in all, it was a fabulous vacation largely due to our stay at the Greenwich farmhouse.

My partner and I spent a really lovely week at The Greenwich Farmhouse over Easter. The communication with Peter prior to our holiday was excellent and the arrangements for key handover went without a hitch. The Farmhouse was very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. It was a great environment to relax in after a hard days diving / walking. The outside space was also very nice, with a very clean looking pool - just a bit too cold to try out in April!
The Farmhouse is located about 5 minutes walk from Qala village square, where there are a number of good quality restaurants (including Tad Dutch, which I would thoroughly recommend). There are also a couple of small convenience stores, they were never open when we were out and about so I can't comment on how well stocked they are. There is also a small beach at Hondoq, which is about a 25 minute walk away. There are lovely views across to Comino from here and a great snack bar that does excellent value fish and chips. The walk back up the hill on a full stomach is a bit of a challenge!
All in all we had a lovely week and I would definitely recommend The Greenwich Farmhouse as a base for a holiday on Gozo.
