We booked though Booking.com this B&B and we checked by phone the reservation with them, but when we arrived everything was different...
We chose this place because they offered free parking and wifi connection.
When we arrived they said they were overbooked and they sent us to another place. They charged the full amount in my credit card and then they went with us to the new room... it was like two or three blocks from the B&B. The room was fine, but of course the parking was not free and there there was no wifi. But the worst part came in the middle of the night, when they switched off the heating, in winter! so I woke at three in the morning frozen and I had to dress again and go back to bed with my clothes on because of the cold.
When I complained privately through Customer Service in Booking they did not accept anything and they didn´t even apologise for the horrible night they provided us. Although the people at Booking were great and tried to help us.
So now I am olbiged now to make this public.
It is a pity they behave this way to their customers. Please be careful.More
