We stayed two nights in Spa hotel. Weather was very nice and sunny so were able to enjoy outdoor activities as well as relax in the spa. Outdoor pool provides beautiful view in the evening.
I was a bit disappointed there are no separate pool towels for free for hotel customers and they also charge for slippers.

Well kept spacious facilities, several restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and a decent spa area with large swimming pools, hot pools, sauna and steam bath. This proved to be a good choice for a quick weekend get-away. The staff were pleasant and the service was fine. We enjoyed the buffet dinner. The hotel has free WiFi throughout. The only real negative thing was parking, which proved to be disappointing as there was no spaces reserved for overnight hotel guests. Parking spots were charged at 10 Euros/day.

Room tip: Book as early as possible.

Naantali Spa is a fantastic place to unwind.
If you take own towel and costume it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg ...and you get up to three hours in the various pools, sauna and steam rooms!

My favourite pool is the Roman Bath, but that’s closely followed by the outdoor pool (heated to 30C) which is marvellous on cold winter days.

The shower rooms are very high quality (choose your own PIN for the locker) and the Spa provides disposable mats to sit on in the sauna and steam room (NB you remove swim wear before entering both of these, and while there are metal/female saunas the steam room is mixed with simply a handrail between the area where men and women sit)

Room tip: All are non smoking

Really disappointing. No service orientation nor fore-thought what customers desire. You come for a night and it does not include parking, slippers, complimentary water in room. And the breakfast was something a 2 star Chinese hotel offers, we left hungry. SPA facilities were ok, but stuck in the 90's.
A la carte dinner was fabulous!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights and tested the spa, restautant and obviously the bedrooms. I have stayed here before and I notice a degrade in general. WiFi is sporadic in the room, comes and goes. The restaurant has good food but the waiters seems to have to be flagged down before paying attention to you. Spa is good but in need of an upgrade (there is a water tap in the centre of the shower area which is for filling the water bucket for the sauna. This has apparently not worked in years. But house keeping was the biggest surprise. In three days they managed to forget to refill soap, not change out used drink glasses, forget to refill minibar, leave the room with all lights on and to top it all put new towels on the bed as in a B&B. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
