Located around 200 metres walking from the waterfalls, in the old town warren of narrow streets making it difficult to find initially, the hotel is ideally positioned to explore the town. Our room was cosy, individual and well-furnished, leading off a communal area made for relaxation. Reception staff were friendly, cheerful and keen to engage in intelligent conversation. Breakfast was taken in the sister hotel just along the road. Served by a young attentive staff, individual orders were taken and included generous portions including ham, cheese, eggs, fruits, yogurt, breads and croissants. An all round package that was very good value!

All the guest-house team was very friendly, smiling and polite. The location is strategic because it's located a 5-minutes walk from the center of Edessa. The furnishings are well cared and create a warm situation; the rooms are well cleaned. However, all this has been negated by the poor quality of sleep: the mattress was very very hard and leaning on a wood panel about 2 cm thick. For me it was nerve-racking, I couldn' t sleep at all, even creating a soften layer of decorative pillows and towels.
We paid 60 euro for one night in a double, and, having found the same problem both me and my partner, the morning I mentioned this to the receptionist, who in a very kind way told me that be sorry, that the panel is coconut wood imported and that the bad is healthy.. but obviously not for the physiological curves of our spine.
Breakfast was very tasty, although I personally prefer less oily and sugary food... very good the yogurt with fruit!! We usually are easy-going travelers, so I'm sorry to assign a low score because the team was very committed, but I personally believe that to avoid this discomfort should be a priority for a hotel.

Incredible hospitality. Romantic atmosphere. Nice breakfast. Extremely polite staff and owners - friendly, helpful and sunny people. Change of sheets and cleaning the room every day. Perfect location in the old historical center Varosi. Opposite the guesthousе is the ancient church St Petka, built in 14th century. 5 min walking distance to the waterfall. And 5 min by foot to the downtown - lots of restaurants, bars and shops there. I love the place! We will definitely come back!

We had arrived the hotel late afternoon. The small hotel is located in the old part of the city, in an old building. Every detail in the decoration is tastefully and carefully designed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. the owner, Katerina, had welcomed us warmly and directed us the attractions in Edessa and the region. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the water falls with are the main attraction in Edessa. No doubt that we will return for another visit.

Just in the middle of the old city you find this very nice and good small hotel. The view from the balcony and terasse are amazing. By clear weather you see the sea of Saloniki. The service is very good and warm people as the hotel is. Very nice to stay in this boutique hotel.
