We went here with friends who used to be regular visitors, all I can say is wow.
If you want posh & sophisticated then don't go here, its rustic but the food is delicious. Rib steak cooked beautifully & so tender, lamb that just falls off the bone & prices you wouldn't believe were possible. Get there early or you'll struggle to get a table.

four of us went for lunch and it was amazing! The veal chop was cooked to perfection as was the lamb chops and iberico pork enjoyed by others in our group. All served with chips, simple yet delicious, we did have a mixed salad to share and two bottles of excellent wine. The service was great despite our limited Spanish, we were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended

Must try! Excellent relation between  quality and price. Actually, it's very cheap and amazing food. Incredible service too. I recommend the pork and Cardereta de Carrillada. For 1 more euro you can order 2 eggs with your plate. Really nice the salad with chicken and pink sauce (mayo and ketchup). Don't forget the dessert!!! I recommend the cheesecake and the chocolate flan. Order the second one with vanilla ice cream, it makes it much better!

Finally after my 8 times in Sevilla I had a chance to go to La choza de manuela. We arrived on Sunday at 1:45 pm and it was already very crowded and we had to wait for 20 minutes. I advise you to come before 1:30 pm then the queue is manageable. Service was very prompt like everywhere in Spain. Starters came so fast and they were delicious. For the main dish I ordered ENTRECOT and it was just pure heaven... Definitely recommend this restaurant and it so worth the while you have to wait to be seated...

We called in here on our way to Seville for a drink as we were ahead of the Spanish lunchtime. The food looked amazing so we couldn't resist getting some tapas which was all delicious and very cheap.
It was so good that we tried hard to be in the vicinity for meals during our stay but unfortunately it was not to be.
Well worth going out of your way for - though as all the reviewers say it's not a fancy dining place but more like a cheap cafe with lots of big tables.
