Les was amazing and undoubtedly one of our favorite hosts along our walk across Hadrian's Wall path. He was hospitable, honest, and kind...not to also mention a great story-teller and friend to share a drink with and also well versed in the local history. Most importantly to us, when an item of personal significance was accidental left at the residence, Les was kind enough to meet us on our journey back to obtain it.
The amenities were perfect and as to be expected for any proper B&B. Our double bedroom with private bath was clean and well supplied. The meals were delicious and timely with options for even the pickiest eaters.
If only we lived in the UK, we would definitely be booking this B&B again!More
