We came here on a very cheap deal and with minimal expectations. Sun and sea were givens, anything else would be a bonus. What a surprise- this place is beautiful!
The apartments are clustered village style which gives the feel of a deceptively small site. Everything is tastefully done and perfectly finished. Before we arrived I had dreaded seeing the room as these cheap deal studios usually deliver very little.
After seeing the outside hopes were raised. We have a room approx 30 feet by 13, not including the bathroom and a balcony which overlooks the main pool. It's bright, modern and spotlessly clean.
There are three pools and a water slide area- fantastic for a place this size.
The staff could not be more welcoming and efficient.
We have eaten the breakfasts and had lunch at the poolside bar. Everything was reasonably priced (breakfast 8 euros) and absolutely delicious.
The hotel is located on the main road, but all rooms face either the pool or the sea, with mountain views. A pebble beach is ten minutes walk through the fields.
We're delighted with this place and strongly recommend it for a quiet holiday.

Came here in June this year. My nan lives nearby so we stayed here for a week self catering. Pools and waterpark lovely, kids loved them an the friendly lifeguard who chatted to them daily and built their confidence. Room was spacious although bathroom was far too small and cramped for a family of 4. No shower just a head attached to the bath tub, although we did manage. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Food that we ate was also lovely. Not much around the hotel at all walking distance and the beach very very stoney. But, beautiful beaches an more touristy' shops and things are easily reached by taxi or bus. Would return x

We stayed 7 days and found the hotel clean and having a good standard compared to other Greek hotels. The pool areas are well kept and in good condition. The staff are very friendly and provide good service. I recommend having a rental car for trips in western part of Crete.

We stayed as a family for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. Generally speaking, this hotell is great value for your money.

The pros are: beautiful grounds and pool areas, everything kept very clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff in the rooms works tirelessly from morning till night, always friendly and smiling. Or room was ground floor, very spacious, with good beds and very nice crib for our toddler.

The cons are: the bathroom was rather small and older standard. The water pressure was just ok at the best and non existent at the worst. One day we were without water alltogether, just our buildung. The owner explained to us that it was Cretes fault since water supply was faulty in general. Funny though..the neighbouring pool bar had water pressure that was just fine.
Our biggest con was the two desk clerks/porters. We took issue with the fact that we had been placed in a room right by the "party area" even though we had a 13 month year old. I asked the porter what could be done and was rudely spoken to and felt ridiculed for my problem of having a screaming baby that couldn't go to sleep from all the noise right outside. The general message was: "What can we do? - Life is hard".
Though the issue was resolved after a while, this left a foul taste.

The Restaurant by the pool was uninspiring. We had some sallad on our first day and didn't eat there after that since it was so boring and tasteless. A friends kids had milkshakes which were made from powder and didn't taste very nice. A good restaurant on the grounds would certainly give the whole place a lift!!
But since we had a car we explored all the excellent places in the area and had many delicious meals.

So to sum up: we enjoyed it a lot but would recommend the hotel to educate their staff on how to speak to paying guests.
