I really cannot describe how wonderful this place is. The area is just bustling with places to visit and even in August there is a calm and tranquility about the the area. The campsite, directly on the beach, makes annual improvements, three of the toilet blocks have been upgraded and are of a good standard. We were worried about the situation in Greece but we have never been made so welcome. Good, it is a long way to travel, but in the end you all that make the trip return back again and again.

Teenagers do not need their social media here, there is the sea, the sand and the sun. Such is the friendly nature of the camp if you do not have your own boat or surf board there is always someone willing to take you out on the high seas or teach you the basics of wind surfing.

Truly friendly campsite with wonderful owners and the great restaurant. If you fancy somewhere other than Italy give this a visit, you will not regret it. Be brave visit Greece!

If of the beaten track is for you then there is no better place. We have travelled throughout Europe and no beach in the middle of summer has such a laid back feeling. The position of this camping site sets it above all others. Directly located in the historical Navarino Bay with beautiful views and the most amazing sunset (every night). This is certainly the place to chill, you can walk to the excellent campsite restaurant situated directly on the beach, or a little further to Gialova where there are a number of restaurants. Or you can simply buy your vegetables directly of the land and meat from the excellent butcher and have a BBQ. Then simply sit and enjoy sundowners and watch the sun set, absolutely beautiful. Oh the campsite! Full of colour, a small shop which has the basics and very important there are large fridges and freezers for keeping you food and drink cold. The middle of toilet blocks had been refurbished and I understand there are plans to do the rest. For boaters the campsite owner will assist you in launching your boat, ours is 6.20m and it no problem.

Children can just play on the safe beach, and when the wind strengthens some afternoons the surfers have their fun, boaters have fun all day. Sit back enjoy an ice cold Alfa Beer on the terrace where the excellent Takis will keep you replenished.

Believe me once you have visited you will be back. One tip book very early.
