Paid for five days all inclusive. Only managed to stay one night. Room dingy. Balcony on smelly corridor. Bad smell of drains. The only meal we had was breakfast. Dining area was grubby. Full of wasps. No sea view. Up lots and lots of steps. I'd struggle to give this hotel 2 stars Definitely not 4 star. Avoid it. False economy.

All inclusive nightmare. Hardly any food available, was more like a poor buffet at a funeral than all inclusive. Breakfast was non-existent unless you're a fan of bread and butter. NO TOAST!!!!! Cocktails? When i asked what the cocktail of the day was i was told Ouzo and coke. Next day it was Ouzo and lemonade. This is the worst hotel we could have stayed in ever, bugs all over the place, in the kitchen. Staff were polite but completely oblivious to the decaying state of the place.

Room Tip: All have sea view i think, which is the ONLY thing that kept us going.

These apartments provide an excellent base. The nearby beach and harbour are small and have some excellent eating places. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive that enables you to get to Corfu Town and main attractions easily. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just be aware that if you want to self cater, the kitchens are sparsely equipped but everything else is fine - pool, bar and restaurant. Plus excellent weather in June and glorious views.

Was definitely not 4 star property. Most rooms were good although we had to move twice , once because we had no balcony or terrace as we had paid for and secondly because the room was not acceptable because of various unfinished things and awful bathroom. Final room we got was fine, well furnished. Food was good and all waiters very accommodating. But nit massive amount of choice and considerable lack of fruit or desserts. Pool bar open from 12 to 12 and few times they run out of certain drinks. Ice cream only served between 4 and 5 so was notreally fully inclusive. Don't go for the packed lunch as it wasn't worth having. Overall the staff were great, very helpful especially Caroline in reception and the Manager did sort our problems out quickly. Nissaki is a quiet place and the beach stony and small but pleasant place to sunbathe. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time would only go self catering.

We arrived at the Corfu residence Hotel mid-afternoon , there was a very steep climb up to the reception, we were given a 2 room apartment, it was very grim dark ceilings very old kitchen units bedroom units and bathrooms, one bath was so worn it was black and mouldy, the sea view from our room was non existent. Food poor constantly recycled from lunch time into something else for dinner! No tea bags just green tea or lemon tea, coffee disappointing. 1 Pool bar that was it with a few bottles of spirits no choice whatsoever, plastic small cups, even at lunch times a tiny glass of wine , this is supposed to be all inclusive you can not even get a drink until 12 not even pop! Ice cream served 4 - 5 felt really sorry for any children at the hotel, no snacks served at all. Bar staff tried very hard but seemed under a lot of pressure from the manager . The other guests polish german italian all seamed to place their towels on the few sunbeds first thing in the morning going off for lunch shopping and siesta and still returning later in the day to take their place by the pool. It was 2 days before we even spoke to any English speaking guests. This hotel is definitely not a 4* hotel 2* at the most, would not recommend and not worth the 385 pounds we paid to stay for 4 days.

Room Tip: Complain as English staying guests seem to get a bad deal
