This is a lovely little hotel with extremely helpful staff who did all they could to accommodate our needs (they even went beyond what we expected). The room was clean, the food was good. The breakfast included in the price was really worth it! All in all it's really worth the price and you'll be very well looked after.

Did spend almost 3 weeks at this hotel and it is a gem of a place. It is very clean, has all basic amenities you require and staff that is so helpful and polite. Breakfast is included and all in all is great value for money.

Apologies I have no photos of this little gem of a hotel in Kukes, near the Albanian and Kosovo borders.

After a fantastic nine days hiking in this border area it was simply fantastic to have our last night here.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff simply could not do enough for us. Our dinner was memorable, great freshly cooked local food, huge glasses of the local wine (go for the boxed wine), pints of good quality raki .. all for an unbelievably low price ...

Soooo dissapointed that it was only one night ... Kukes is worth at least two nights .. market, history 98/99, geography .. take a chance!!

A little difficult to find as the hotel has no sign outside, however the staff are welcoming and falling over themselves to be helpful. The hotel is clean, the bedroom is an okay size just the bathroom is very small with a toilet one end and a washbasin the other and in between a shower has been fitted to the wall so, if you have a shower, you soak the whole place, toilet, floor, everything and it never gets a chance to dry out. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was very good and everywhere in the hotel.

We had a meal in the restaurant which was rather dry chicken breast, but the rest was good and plentiful. Breakfast also was good consisting of yoghurt, omelette with tomatoes and cucumber, some deep fried doughy things, bread rolls and jam and also a plate of fresh fruit.

Parking is simply in the streets outside which may not look very salubrious but our car was fine. There is very little choice of hotel here and this is probably the best.

Fantastic hotel, particularly after a long day on the saddle. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including helping me to find a new bike tyre. Clean, tidy and good food. Thoroughly recommended. Brilliant!
