Description: Sit a mixed group of twenty or so around one large table and the ambiance is that of a big family gathering. Many different delicacies are brought to the table, a seemingly endless stream of tasty seasonal dishes, all prepared by Cristina who is passionate about cooking, the pasta and bread too, freshly prepared and delicious. It is not possible to leave this restaurant other than replete. Paolo serves the food with a flourish and tells you what each of the plates contain. There is no menu, but this is almost a bonus as you get to try many dishes you wouldn't have thought of ordering. With five or so starters, pasta, main course and dolce, you leave with no room left for more!

We visited Le Bindi on our romantic getaway to Tuscany. There is no words to describe this experience other than FANTASTIC! The owners are the hosts and chefs. They are very welcoming and the food is amazing. They provide an extreme amount of food, so pace yourself. 4 types of meat, including rabbit.... I highly recommend the experience and the price is too good to be true when comparing with other restaurants in Rome or Florence.

We've here times and really enjoy it.
Good, honest food, good value, relaxed, efficient, attractive and atmospheric.
Its more practical for small friends group visitors and not for couple.
An ideal package if you want a modern restaurant with an appealing menu in a good location, than a traditional Tuscany trattoria.Look some weeks before for place reservation.

A unique restaurant run by wonderful people. A really amazing place - the finest food and most wonderful service in the beautiful and tastefully decorated ancient restaurant. Spending an evening at Le Bindi is not just about enjoying fine food and wine but also being treated to the warm hospitality of the the outstanding owner and the cook Christina around a table with 18 other diners. A unique and fantastic way to enjoy Tuscan cuisine which is inexpensive and simply brilliant!

I'm lost for words as to how to describe this restaurant; nothing I can write could do it justice. Go, go now.

General format is a selection of starters, then mains with sides, a desert, coffee and an aperitif. My advice - don't get greedy on the early dishes and try EVERYTHING. There will be plenty of tremendous dishes coming your way over the course of the evening, you don't want to run out of space!

The duo who run this place are superb. The chef got a round of applause at the end of our meal, deservedly so.

Having eaten at some top London restaurants, I prefer Le Bindi hands down. Food to die for and first class service. Faultless.

Le Bindi has a very unusual format. It has a single large table inside which can seat 18-20 people. Outside it has a second table which can seat 8.

Le Bindi serves a fixed menu of innumerable courses which varies each day presumably depending on what the chef can buy - we saw her up at the butchers the following day.

The food is just delicious and the wine was good and reasonably priced. We particularly liked the salads and perhaps least the pigeon ravioli!

Words of warning. Firstly, the inside table is for convivial Italian conversation which was beyond us. We had booked the outside table for our extended family which was fine (though it did get a bit cold despite being August) but secondly the menu is not really suited for children especially as this is a long drawn out meal lasting from 8pm until past 11pm.

Overall, a -'must' to visit if you are staying in Monte San Savino.
