Le Bindi has a very unusual format. It has a single large table inside which can seat 18-20 people. Outside it has a second table which can seat 8.
Le Bindi serves a fixed menu of innumerable courses which varies each day presumably depending on what the chef can buy - we saw her up at the butchers the following day.
The food is just delicious and the wine was good and reasonably priced. We particularly liked the salads and perhaps least the pigeon ravioli!
Words of warning. Firstly, the inside table is for convivial Italian conversation which was beyond us. We had booked the outside table for our extended family which was fine (though it did get a bit cold despite being August) but secondly the menu is not really suited for children especially as this is a long drawn out meal lasting from 8pm until past 11pm.
Overall, a -'must' to visit if you are staying in Monte San Savino.
