Description: Sit a mixed group of twenty or so around one large table and the ambiance is that of a big family gathering. Many different delicacies are brought to the table, a seemingly endless stream of tasty seasonal dishes, all prepared by Cristina who is passionate about cooking, the pasta and bread too, freshly prepared and delicious. It is not possible to leave this restaurant other than replete. Paolo serves the food with a flourish and tells you what each of the plates contain. There is no menu, but this is almost a bonus as you get to try many dishes you wouldn't have thought of ordering. With five or so starters, pasta, main course and dolce, you leave with no room left for more!

Le Bindi has a very unusual format. It has a single large table inside which can seat 18-20 people. Outside it has a second table which can seat 8.

Le Bindi serves a fixed menu of innumerable courses which varies each day presumably depending on what the chef can buy - we saw her up at the butchers the following day.

The food is just delicious and the wine was good and reasonably priced. We particularly liked the salads and perhaps least the pigeon ravioli!

Words of warning. Firstly, the inside table is for convivial Italian conversation which was beyond us. We had booked the outside table for our extended family which was fine (though it did get a bit cold despite being August) but secondly the menu is not really suited for children especially as this is a long drawn out meal lasting from 8pm until past 11pm.

Overall, a -'must' to visit if you are staying in Monte San Savino.

Okay, first things first: no matter HOW GOOD the first dishes are, take only SMALL spoonfulls on your plate, because the food will keep on coming and it will be so good you will want to travel back in time to punch past-you in the face for eating too much of the first dishes, because now you literally cannot take another bite of the delicious food and that is simply such a shame...you have been warned.

Le Bindi's concept is simple: its a living room kind of set up with one big table that you share with max 20 other diners. Large plates of scrumptious food are then set on the table and passed around. You can decide what and how much you want of it, and there is more than enough for everyone. The dishes are innovative, well prepared and still maintain true to the warm heart of Tuscan cuisine. I cannot fault it. It's simply great! Just don't be a greedy little mother like me and stuff your face with the first 8 dishes so you wont be able to eat the remaining 7. That's right: 15 dishes.
Would come again forever. Wine and service are exceptional as well.

Thank you once again for this wonderful experience! We tasted the dishes that would be impossible to find in any Tuscan restaurant. We were a bit afraid about the kids - but hamburgers and bruschetta with the pigeon meat and carrot mousse were totally accepted by all 8 (not mentioning the rabbit that was disappearing from the table within seconds :))Hope to visit Le Bondi Bottega again and try something new.
All the best!

When visiting nearby Arezzo, trip advisor recommended Le Bindi. And we were so so pleased that it did. One of the best meals I have eaten. Creative, inventive, delicious, stunning, fresh and served with aplomb - this was a meal that we will never forget. I could go through all of the dishes that we had but they were all excellent and the menu changes daily depending on what is available - also I don't want to ruin the surprise for you.

You share your dishes with a communal table (we sat outside at a table for six) ...so this means you share your experience and meet new friends as well. What a lovely concept and at no point did we feel that we were not getting our fair share.

I am a total foodie and I can honestly say that this eating experience will be hard to beat. At only 25 euros a head, it was an absolute bargain for such a high standard of food. But it is not about the money, it is about a passion for food and service that Le Bindi serve up. If you are in a 50 mile radius of this place then you'd be crazy not to try it. You'll need to book in advance though...this is a very popular eaterie and deservedly so.

Le Bindi was recommended by our villa owners and we booked a few months ago. WOW!

Amazing experience, big shared table with other (local) families was no issue.

The food was stunning, fresh local ingredients and very imaginative. Watermelon in a salad is a genius move!!

There was a LOT of food. Perhaps 10 antipasti so make sure you go hungry.

Paolo who was front of house was a great host and very friendly and also helped explain the dishes in English.

We tool our two children (14 and 12). A little challenging for our youngest but he got through it ;-)

Highly recommended.
