The staff are excellent. Really helpful and good at communicating. The rooms are lovely; very clean and luxurious. The food is great in the restaurant. The only thing that could be better, is the coffee machine.

This is a very nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Each member of staff is kind and courteous. The spoken English of reception staff is excellent. The rooms are light and airy and the en suite facilities are always a pleasure to use. The hotel is ideally located with ample parking both onsite and around the hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the beach.

Excellent Hotel very clean and staff very efficient and friendly. The location is very central and right on the strip near all the Shops, Bars and Restaurants . Food served from Fresco is top notch and always freshly prepared. I would highly recommend Hotel 525.

Stayed 4 nights in November - lovely hotel but with positive but some negative aspects that I will list and hope the management takes on board as would hope to revisit next year -

Great location in busy square
Very helpful and very accommodating staff
Excellent chef who even came to speak to me to ensure meal made exactly as I wanted - one of best vegan meals ever
Best spa treatment I have ever had by lovely girl Lollie - outstanding! Will def return

Good range of times for evening bar/restaurant
Negatives
Cleanliness of room and bathroom not acceptable - Management put right as soon as I complained
Bathroom needs renovating eg needs tiles on walls in toilet area to keep sanitised - whole bathroom in need of renovating (not the sanitary ware but the walls, skirting, grout, doors and towel rack) as old and not santiary
Needs better lighting in toilet area
Bedroom looking tired and needs fresh coat of paint particularly skirtings. Headboards need replacing with ones more easily cleaned.
Pillows need pillow protectors
Air ventilators in bedroom need cleaning
Minifridge broken and had to be replaced when I complained
Bar/restaurant area cold - Everyone in there had to wear their coats to try and keep warm - complained 3 times but still cod

Used this hotel now multiple times when on golfing trip. Hotel is spotless and the staff always very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location right next to all bars and restaurants.
