Just returned from a week stay at Zemi Beach and could not be more pleased with my time at this incredible hotel. The vibe at Zemi is zen, tranquility, and relaxation.

This was my first time in Anguilla and it is an island with incredible beaches, friendly people, and incredible cuisine. We chose Anguilla over St. Barts and Turks & Caicos because we wanted a place that that wasn't commercialized, didn't have cruise ports, and had relaxed atmosphere. We found that in Anguilla. If you are considering Anguilla, you definitely have to visit.

The staff at Zemi was incredibly responsive from before arrival to after departure. The on-site manager Mark was always around, easily accessible, and made sure the hotel met our expectations. Denise was incredible at answering any questions, helping arrange transport from the airport, reserving a rental car, and making dinner reservations. She goes above and beyond to get the job done, and always does so with a smile. Bartenders Alicia and Princess made great drinks, had good recommendations, and were so friendly. The breakfast staff made great omelettes, served fresh juices and coffee, and made sure we started the day right.

Zemi is located on Shoal Bay aka the nicest beach on the island (there are several beautiful beaches, but this is the best), and one of the nicest beaches in the world. The water is unbelievably blue, clear, and sparkles among the white sand. Sand that doesn't burn your feet on a hot day. Zemi's grounds are beautifully landscaped and draw you to the wonderful water. If you don't feel like laying by the beach, the hotel's main pool has numerous loungers, sun beds, and alcoves for you to relax and still take in the beautiful views.

We enjoyed Zemi because at 60 rooms it is large enough to have the amenities and staff to make your stay luxurious, yet small enough to pay attention to details. This property is truly 5 star. Even at near full occupancy, the hotel never felt crowded. Guests walk around smiling because the property is that beautiful, and the staff is that friendly.

Guest rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and perfectly appointed to ensure comfort. Each room has a spacious balcony to enjoy the views while you sip morning coffee. Beds are comfortable with crisp linens. Bathrooms are large and modern. This was a perfect place to relax after a day of relaxing.

We considered staying at the Four Seasons in Anguilla. While we did have drinks there, we were so glad we chose Zemi. Zemi is quaint, tranquil and sharp. We found the Four Seasons' stark decor, brutalist architecture, and party vibe to be more fit for Miami or Palm Springs than Anguilla. Plus, Zemi is directly on the beach.

I could go on and on about how great Zemi is, but that is because it surpassed every expectation and allowed me to focus on the purpose of this vacation - relaxation and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Just go ahead and book Zemi, you'll be glad.

Zemi Beach House was one of the first 5* properties, if not the first 5* property to reopen post-Irma, and I had the privilege to stay during the re-opening weekend.

The first thing that stood out so strongly was the wonderful staff. The attention to detail at Zemi truly is first class, as is the genuine and warm hospitality that Anguilla is so well known for. From check in to check out, all of the details were handled for us -- we didn't even have to consider how early to drive back to the ferry, as our departure letter suggested the time! First are foremost, the level of service stood out to me. I know you will be well taken care of here.

Our room overlooked the serenity pool, which was quite beautiful in its own right, but we also had a partial view of beautiful Shoal Bay beyond. Massive is the initial word that comes to mind when describing the rooms, with a cozy minimalism that feels truly luxurious.

The main pool at Zemi was my favorite part of the entire property! With an angular geometric design, it is photogenic beyond measure, with the crystalline sea beyond. Add to that the glass front, and you have one of the most unique pools in the world. I usually am a beach bum, but I just had to be by this pool!

The beachfront restaurant was yummy for lunch, and I suggest you try their Zemi Blue cocktail. Truly delicious.

Overall, Zemi Beach House is a splurge to be sure, but a worthy one. The level of service is on par with the best hotels I have stayed at in the world, and the warmth of the people I feel is something Anguilla does better than anyone.

Unbelievable infrastructure and staff!
Simply the best hotel I’ve ever stayed!
Everything perfect in each detail, since check in until check out. You won’t regret paying a little bit more for the experience.

Not 5 star food or service.. probably close to a 3 star for food quality, 2 star for service, 5 Star for Prices..Party of 7 with reservations had to wait 20 minutes for drinks only too have it messed up. Food came out sparaticaly and orders were wrong. Bills were wrong to too.. Skip it, plenty of other choices on the island.

They don't miss anything at the Zemi. The rooms are 5*, the pool is infinity and the beach and pool chairs all have fitted towels, the staff is amazing, and, the thing u can't fake, the beach is the best in the Carribean. White beaches with blue water. The hurricane luckily didn't damage this place as much as others on the island, and they reopened earlier than most. Our room had its own infinity plunge pool, kitchen, living room, all amenities. Also, we explored the island and besides the restaurants on the hotel grounds there are great places to eat, from French to tapas. I also recommend a bird watching tour as this island is a known migratory destination.
